Who runs this site
- Austin Ritz, a consultant in Southeast Michigan. Last updated November 2026.
What I collect
- Only what you type into the walkthrough: your business name, your name, your email or phone, your website, city and best time to reach you, the tools you use, what isn't working, and your notes.
- The hosting company also keeps the basic technical details every website receives, such as your IP address and browser.
How I use it
- To reply to you and prepare an estimate or a preview.
- I don't sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site.
- Supabase stores what you send, on servers in the United States.
- Google serves the site's fonts and sees your IP address when they load.
- I may use AI tools to help prepare your estimate, and I turn off training on your information wherever a tool allows it.
Cookies
- This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics.
- Your walkthrough answers are saved only in your own browser tab until you send them or close the tab.
How long I keep it
- Up to two years if we don't work together. If you become a client, our agreement covers it.
- Ask and I'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what you sent, email the address I reply to you from.
Children
- This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
- If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
